Factory 212 / Legal
Privacy Policy
This page describes the Factory 212 website and gives an overview of privacy topics for our apps. The app-specific details below are being finalized before publication.
The Factory 212 website
This website introduces our apps and links to their App Store listings. It does not offer visitor accounts or collect newsletter subscriptions. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
The website is intended to be hosted by Netlify. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
Shortly and Tip Simple
Shortly connects to Bitly to shorten and manage links. Tip Simple includes receipt capture and saved history. App diagnostics and telemetry are being reviewed so the final policy accurately describes the versions available to download.
Markdown Factory, Stubbo and Set Buddy
These apps are coming soon. Their privacy details will be completed before release. The policy will describe document and image handling for Markdown Factory; travel, photo and location features for Stubbo; and workout, HealthKit, iCloud and optional sharing features for Set Buddy.
Questions about privacy

Website cookies and choices
Silktide Consent Manager runs from this website and stores your choices in your browser’s local storage. Essential storage remembers those choices and basic preferences. You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising separately, and change your choices using Cookie preferences in the footer.
If you allow Analytics, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand visits and improve this website. It measures page views and interactions, including page addresses, browser and device information, and approximate location. Google Analytics can store first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. Its script is not loaded until you allow Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our website configuration. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy terms (https://policies.google.com/privacy); learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google Tag Manager loads the Analytics tag after you allow Analytics. The container can load after you allow either optional category, but each tag still requires permission for its own purpose. Advertising tags are not currently enabled.
Choices are remembered for up to 180 days, unless you change them sooner. We ask again when an Analytics measurement ID or Google Tag Manager container is enabled or replaced, or when the consent policy changes. Withdrawing consent stops the relevant optional tools; the page may reload to stop scripts already running.
